Benin’s Presidency has consistently spoken about building a modern, forward-looking nation, one where opportunity reaches beyond the traditional paths most people were raised to expect. That vision is not abstract to me, it is the exact reason I built what I built.
I did not start with government backing or institutional support. I started with a computer science degree, a genuine belief that digital skills could change someone’s entire trajectory, and the willingness to build something real from that belief, right here in Cotonou.

The Presidency’s own official channels reflect a nation actively working toward greater opportunity for its people, and I believe initiatives like mine, built and based here in Benin, are a genuine extension of that same national ambition, even when they start far outside any government office.
This is exactly why I have taken the step to formally reach out to the Presidency, not for recognition alone, but because I believe the digital empowerment of Benin’s youth deserves a place in the national conversation, and I would be honored to contribute to it directly.
A nation’s future is written by the people willing to build before anyone asks them to. I built OOTP and 7FDCOF because I believed Benin’s youth deserved more than what was already being offered, and I will keep building, with or without an audience, because that belief has never needed permission to be true.
